One important note: if no one will be home during your scheduled clean, we kindly ask for secure key access or clear entry instructions ahead of time. This helps us stay on schedule and ensures your clean isn’t delayed.

Payment is due on or before the day of service. For one-time or first-time cleans, we may request payment in advance to confirm your booking. We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, and everything is outlined clearly in your welcome email and agreement.
